Has more than 16 years of experience at preparation and implementation of projects in the field of human resources development, rural entrepreneurship development, NGOs and projects to promote the social integration of disadvantaged people.
He has prepared projects for various programs - Phare CBC 2002-2066 ITA-SLO, EQUAL, EEA grants, European Social Fund , Leader program for rural development, European territorial cooperation ITA-SLO, Leonardo da Vinci program (innovation development, mobility, partnerships), Erasmus + and for other programs.
He has extensive experiences in project management.
He participated at the establishment of local networks for rural development and at the preparation of the Strategy for the NGO sector in North Primorska.
He pays a lot of attention to the development of the non-governmental sector and the social economy in the region.
